Barcelona transfer news: Ernesto Valverde discusses signings as Man Utd claims swirl

BARCELONA boss Ernesto Valverde has opened up on the club’s transfer business as claims of a move for Manchester United’s Paul Pogba continue to swirl.

Barcelona boss Valverde has already welcomed the likes of Arthur Melo, Clement Lenglet, Malcom and Arturo Vidal to the Nou Camp.
However, talk is rife they could also sensationally sign Pogba from Manchester United with the La Liga transfer window closing on August 31.
The France international may swap Old Trafford for the Nou Camp given his strained relationship with Jose Mourinho.
And Barcelona boss Valverde has now opened up on whether the club will splash more cash, suggesting they may yet spend big again this month.
We are never going to find another Andres Iniesta, that's impossible because there is only one and he is in Japan," Valverde said.
"I don't think about signings.
"I think about my team and preparing for the next match.
"That's my plan, although everything is up in the air until the window closes."
